Is Outinz free to use?

Yes. Downloading the app, finding events, saving them and hosting free events costs nothing.

How do I get my ticket?

Once you pay, the ticket shows up in your bookings in the app with its own QR code. Show it at the door and the host scans you in.

Which currencies can I pay in?

Outinz supports Naira (NGN) and US dollars (USD), depending on where the event is.

How do hosts get paid?

Ticket sales go into your Outinz wallet. After a quick identity check you can withdraw to a bank account or PayPal.

What if I can't make it?

You can request a refund from your booking in the app and follow its status there. Whether it's approved depends on the host's refund policy.

Can I scan tickets without extra hardware?

Yes. Any phone with the Outinz app can scan tickets. Open the scanner and point it at the guest's QR code.
